Extensive breakfast buffet

best thing is undoubtedly the location, in the heart of Madrid, few meters from Sol and detail that the hotel had for my anniversary. quiet and spacious rooms.

We know the Vincci chain and some of its establishments and truth is that this has disappointed us a little and I think it is already in need of renovation, for less money you can go to Vincci Soho which is just 300 meters away and is much more modern. doors of the old rooms which do not close properly, poor maintenance, masonry finishes in the bathrooms are very sloppy and we are surprised that not even have a few shoes courtesy of the use and throw. views of the room simply do not exist as they give a white painted interior skate without ventilation except in the bathroom.... advantage is that it is very quiet, is what happens in city hotels in old buildings rehabilitated.

The units are soundproof, regular sized with a terrace.

We had booked at another hotel, we spent one night there and didn't like it, so we booked at the Vincci Centrum at the last minute, still the attention and room we were assigned was as if everything had been programmed well in advance. hotel is located near everything, in a quiet street, so you can rest and at the same time walk around the center. In addition, there is a subway station half a block away (Seville) and excellent service is remarkable. We were received before the scheduled time, we could also leave after the hour, was very helpful. They also had a nice gesture with us, water and sweets as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday, was during the stay. They kept our bags for us and were always very kind, especially for the cleanliness and quality of the toiletries, we were very happy and grateful. Absolutely recommendable!

good breakfast. Quality and abundant products. The room was a bit small. the terrace made up for everything, comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Nice decoration. perfect location. Right in the centre of Madrid. close to the most important museums and main monuments. Bars and restaurants nearby.

Taps are uncomfortable for washing your face. Too modern. My husband got a lump. The water in the shower was too low pressure. . They were doing some work in the building next door and in the morning they made a lot of noise and saw you if you were on the terrace. There is no parking and no area in front of the building to stop and take out your luggage. We had to leave the car far away and carry the luggage up there. I was there on my birthday and they didn't have a single detail with me. A bit expensive for what it offers.

Comfortable beds enhance your sleep experience.

The bathroom had a leak that was quite alarming, as drops were falling from the light fixtures. I also found the lack of coffee and complimentary beverages particularly frustrating .

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room, and it was actually quite comfy. The bed was big and super soft, easy to sleep well. The bathroom was nice and had everything I needed. But there was some noise from the hall that woke me up a couple of times. Still, the space was clean and cozy overall.

We stayed in a cozy junior suite with a great shower and cool Chromecast TV. Super handy for unwinding after exploring! Loved the balcony vibes too.

wall rooms could be litle biger

The modern decore and design. The location was excellant as were the staff. Very clean facilities

The price of the internet/movies in the room was ridiculous and the language feature on the sorftware offered didnt work at all. Normal free-to air tv just appeared. If you dont stay up late, the noise/music from the adajacent club may offend if you're a light sleeper

An Amazing Stay with Unmatched Value!

The helpful staff made check-in easy, and the food at the on-site restaurant was excellent. My room was a cozy retreat after long days exploring. Don't miss taking the bus from the airport. It's quick and convenient!

Our location was excellent and particularly good, walk from a subway station. Pubs and bars were located minutes from the hotel. The tapas restaurant was really nice with a wide array of meals in the menu.
